We start by taking you through a full audit of your current fitness routines that are keeping ​you stuck in a physical plateau. Once that is done, we will determine the appropriate ​amount of physical exercise and nutritional changes are required to build momentum and ​accelerate to towards your goal.



Father Habit Reconstruction

Next, we will look at your current daily habits to find the specific habits and their root ​causes that are keeping you from being the father you are meant to be. Once identified, we ​will work to replace those habits with the building blocks of a sustainable set of habits that ​allow you to keep your results for life.

Here we will complete a daily and weekly time examination that will allow us to provide ​feedback throughout the program to increase your productivity and eliminate excuses.
